Laguna Software Corporation Signs Lease for New Office Space

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA, August 22, 2007, Laguna Software Corporation, a software design and engineering company, today announced that it has entered into a two year lease with Mammoth San Juan Capistrano I, LLC for new office space at 29222 Rancho Viejo Road, San Juan Capistrano, CA. The company will move from its Laguna Beach, CA facilities to San Juan Capistrano when the lease commences September 1, 2007 and runs through August 31, 2009.

“Laguna Software is in mid stages of development of its first product, PlaceandTime.com™ and moving into these office spaces will provide the organizational efficiency we need at this stage” said Michael Gonzalez, President and Chief Executive Officer. According to Cindy Schriver, VP Finance an Administration, the lease and the nature of the Mammoth facilities “provides us the flexibility to grow with minimum disruption going forward”.
